General
Description - A very winding stretch of river, with gentle but unremitting rapids for 2 or 3km from Bouillon. One awkward fishing weir after about 7km at the 'Giant's Tomb' (a large hill that the river winds round), pick your spot correctly and it's only a 30cm drop, get it wrong and you ground on top of the weir! Very quiet out of season with only a few fishermen and forestry workers to be seen. 15 km in 2.5 hours
Best to book in advance as owner may not be present in low season, but can run out of kayaks in high season (from end of June)
